The Foreman role is responsible for the daily business activities of our first-shift warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Coach and develop warehouse associates
Develop a positive culture through associate engagement
Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure a safe work environment by focusing on training, accountability, and coaching
New hire training
Assign associates work/tasks
Monitor and evaluate associate’s safety, attendance, quality, production, and process adherence
Implement/review warehouse processes and policies with associates
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Keep equipment operational by enforcing pre-shift inspections and communicating necessary repairs to leadership and vendors
Monitor associate performance and provide recommendations for advancement or improvement
Utilize the Corrective Action form to document coaching and provide feedback on associate performance
Develop/maintain SOPs and work instructions
Forklift operation (cross-docking, swinging loads, staging freight, loading, unloading cargo, cold storage forklift operation)
Dunnage work
Qualifications:
7 years of warehouse and forklift experience
2 years of supervisory experience
Must be able to speak and communicate effectively
High School Diploma
Industry certifications or degrees are preferred but not necessary
Able to lift 50lbs unaided and stand for extended periods of time

Your job will involve safely operating the Forklift, receiving orders, pcs count and storing while maintaining a productive level of performance. Consolidating containers and transferring freight from different size equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum of recent (6-12 months) of Forklift Operator Experience working a forklift
Warehouse experience
Ability to successfully pass a background check and a drug screening
Good computer skills
Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
Good oral and written communication skills

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator with prior shipping and receiving experience to oversee our supply chain operations in Jacksonville, Florida. Successful candidates will be expected to track and trace all shipments. You’ll also be responsible for sending pre-alerts status notifications to customers on shipments. You will also ensure that proper documentation is used by all carriers to avoid service delays and costly misroutes of shipments. The ideal candidate should be organized and approach business activities in a customer-centric fashion emphasizing on customer service and efficiency.
Requirements:
Coordinate and manifest loads (inbound and outbound)
Coordinate with other business units within the Aqua Gulf family of businesses
Learn our Total Evolution software within Oasis platform to manifest and coordinate loads
Carrier Relations (owner operators and larger carriers)
Manage the order process from beginning to end
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc., to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
Prepare reports for upper management and our other Aqua Gulf business units
Proven, relevant experience as logistics coordinator
Relevant experience in customer service
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements (preferred)
Ability to work with little supervision while multitasking
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (teamwork)

Responsibilities:
Position and shuttle empty and loaded trailers to designated locations for pick up by our local and regional drivers
Safely and efficiently operate a yard tractor to maneuver empty and loaded trailers throughout our warehouse yard
Accurately follow radioed instructions to position specifically designated trailers to the proper location
Safe chocking of trailer and operation of trailer equipment including fifth wheel, dolly, breaks, lights, and refrigeration unit settings
Inspect the yard tractor for damage or broken equipment
Report trailer damage or broken equipment
Accurately complete equipment damage reports as required
Clean and tidy the yard truck and work area
Operating a Forklift may be assigned, as needed, to help in the warehouse
Maintain a professional and cooperative demeanor with customer representatives
Must read and write in English
Basic Experience:
Two years or more experience operating tractor trailers, including the spotting of trailers in congested areas
CDL may be required at certain terminals
Ability to safely and accurately work under tight time constraints
Ability to communicate clearly and understand instructions received via two-way radio
Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects of up to 50 lbs
Disclaimer:
The job involves some walking and frequent climbing in and out of the truck cab and on and off trailers. Must have the ability to safely climb stairs, ladders, and equipment footholds. Frequent movement between truck cab and yard in all weather conditions. Must possess the ability to work the night shift starting at 4:00 pm.

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Traffic/Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the receiving and shipping operations for Aqua Gulf/Key Cargo Marine (our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida). You will be the one to track & trace our shipments to their destination and send pre-alerts status notifications via email to our clients, daily. An important facet of this role is to also make sure that proper documentation and communication is always adhered to – this will avoid service delays and costly misroutes of shipments. Keeping proper documentation and being diligent are vital to success in this role. The ideal candidate must have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach to what he or she does. The goal of every Traffic Coordinator is to ensure the smooth operation and deployment of freight to and from our warehouse. Our standards are high. Responsibilities:
Manifesting incoming and outbound loads (Coordinate and monitor receiving and shipping activities)
Working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
Process orders for clients and intercompany divisions
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers at high levels (with decision makers)
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Learning SOPs for various clients and intercompany divisions
Keep logs and records of warehouse inventory, orders, and activity
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Proven experience in a high pressure, time sensitive, and multitasking environment
Experience in customer service with emphasis on follow up and account management
Ability to work with little supervision while tracking multiple processes at once
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and basic office equipment
