ASSOCIATION OF BI-STATE MOTOR CARRIERS

The Association of Bi-State Motor Carriers is an independent, organized group of experienced trucking industry owners and operators that have demonstrated a proven track record for successfully tackling the operational problems affecting the intermodal industry serving the Port of New York-New Jersey.


PROPELLER CLUB OF JACKSONVILLE

The Propeller Club of Jacksonville is part of a much larger association of port clubs that comprise the International Propeller Club of the United States, an international business network dedicated to the promotion of commerce, global trade and the maritime industry. Propeller Club programs educate the public and elected officials about the importance and necessity of waterborne commerce.


INTERMODAL ASSOCIATION OF NORTH AMERICA

IANA is North America’s leading industry trade association representing the combined interests of the intermodal freight industry. Our mission is to promote the growth of efficient intermodal freight transportation through innovation, education and dialogue, and to provide our members with a mode neutral forum to discuss common issues, build consensus, shape policy and develop recommended practices.


CUSTOMS-TRADE PARTNERSHIP AGAINST TERRORISM

The U.S. Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C‐TPAT) seeks to safeguard the world’s vibrant trade industry from terrorists, maintaining the economic health of the U.S. and its neighbors. The partnership develops and adopts measures that add security but do not have a chilling effect on trade, a difficult balancing act.


INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE CLUB OF NEW JERSEY

The major purpose of the International Commerce Club of New Jersey is to assist in educating local industry involved in international shipping to new legislation and ideas dealing with the international market and transportation fields. The club has had prominent speakers from federal, state, and local government, publishers of local and national trade publications, as well as representatives from the Federal Maritime Commission and United States Customs.


SMARTWAY TRANSPORT PARTNERSHIP

The SmartWay Transport Partnership is a business organization administered by the United States government and designed to encourage businesses to manage logistics in an environmentally responsible way. The program was formed in 2004, and is administered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and is housed with the USEPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ) - Transportation and Climate Division (TCD). SmartWay aims to voluntarily achieve improved fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impacts from freight transport.

The Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) is the premier organization for third-party logistics professionals doing business in North America. TIA provides resources, education, information, advocacy and connections to establish, maintain and expand ethical, profitable and growing businesses in service to our customers.
